Inspection fee
After successful agreement of an appointment, for a flat-rate fee of €79.00 our technician will inspect the appliance and consult with you as to whether repair is economically viable or whether it must be replaced. (Incl. travel, analysis, cost estimate for repair)
If you decide upon a repair at the all-inclusive price, the inspection fee is waived.
If a repair is not deemed to be economically viable, you will receive a voucher for up to €31.00 towards the purchase of a new JUNKER appliance. In a best-case scenario, the inspection fee is thus reduced to €48.00.
Incidentally: the flat-rate inspection fee can be offset against tax in accordance with § 35a Income Tax Act (EStG).

Each all-inclusive price communicated to you by our technician includes the following cost components and can not be divided into its individual components. Our all-inclusive prices include all necessary expenses for the diagnosis and repair of your household appliance:
